  Description

  • Hires, trains and motivates all dealership department managers.
  • Direct and monitor all dealership management or supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
  • Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit to the dealer for approval.
  • Meet with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
  • Monitor the daily operating control (DOC), recommending improved courses of action where necessary.
  • Provide dealer with accurate weekly reports on the financial condition of the dealership.
  • Ensure that the monthly financial statement is complete, accurate and submitted on time.
  • Communicate management policies and procedures to all employees and ensures that they are understood and followed.
  • Provide enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale.
  • Hold regularly scheduled managers meetings to ensure that every department is operating efficiently and profitably.
  • Coordinate with the business office to ensure that records and analysis are maintained accurately.
  • Develop merchandising strategies and assists in creating effective, cost-efficient advertising programs.
  • Resolve any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.
  • Provide product strategic direction to ensure profitable growth; contribute towards global sales strategies within automotive applications.
  • Present product ideas and proposals to the team following established approval processes.
  • Build business cases for product platforms.
  • Direct research and data analysis efforts to identify customer needs and improve the lead quality, user satisfaction and ultimately grow revenue.
  • Develop accurate pricing strategies against competitors.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related major from a reputable university.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication/leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Proven track of leadership skills.
