Supervises the implementation of the marketing and promotional plan for Islamic products to achieve the branchs' targeted results on timely manners
Supervises all branch operations and apply rules, regulations, controls, work systems, and laws.
Ensures the implementation of policies and procedures.
Activates plans to attract new trust worthy customers, as well as attracting deposits and savings and developing the credit portfolio.
Follow up on the collection of due amounts.
Ensures that employees follow the bank's regulations for financing and investment activities.
Improves staff performance by distributing tasks, coordinating work among subordinates, setting targets, and giving directions.
Develop competencies, identify training needs, and provide recommendations regarding the training plan for employees to raise the level of employee performance.

Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Accounting or relevant major from a reputable university.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience preferably in Banking sector and Islamic banking Operations.
Experience in Credit & Retail Banking is a must.
Very Good command of English.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills
