Description
- Observe teachers’ performance inside the classrooms.
- Provide reports about the teachers’ performance.
- Handle students’ complains and report the whole case to whom it may concern (Teacher - Operation - HR).
- Create development plans for the kids.
- Set a quarterly plan to Enhance and maintain the quality inside the classrooms.
- Create portfolios for new and current teachers.
- Set a plan for the coaching section and follow up to achieve its objectives.
- Conduct department meetings regularly, carry agendas to and from higher meetings.
- Aid in Staff development to expand and improve skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in nurseries is a must.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
- Experience in teaching and leadership.
- Energetic, creative, committed and motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High handling skills & proactivity.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
