  Description

  • Build a strategic roadmap for targeting and converting retailers and farmers to the company's platform.
  • Build a sales forecast strategy and execute within the specified timeline.
  • Maintain relationship with key accounts (big farms/factories/clients).
  • Follow up with key potential clients to ensure a good customer experience and raise any potential issues.
  • Lead and motivate teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.
  • Design programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understanding and communicating the organization's value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
  • Monitoring supply and demand, competitor offers and costs to determine and adjust selling prices.
  • Analysing market trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
  • 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in agricultural field. 
  • Solid understanding of the key players in the Egyptian agriculture industry
  • Strong understanding of agriculture products.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track of leadership.
