Description
- Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
- Prepare and disburse invoices.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely payments and shipping time for the goods from them.
- Resolve issues with accounts through contacting and working with the suppliers.
- Reconcile transactions with statements, monitoring expenses, and keeping record for tax purposes.
- Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
- Secure financial data via data backups and security monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related major from a reputable University.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in retail industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
