Description
- Review invoices and ensure proper posting to relevant accounts and proper wording.
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Proceeding with invoices delivery reports & send out invoices to customer on agreed dates.
- Responsible for sending SOA to our customers on Monthly basis as well as making Data view reports.
- Coordinate between the customer & operations on billing queries & provide accurate advice to the customer
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, E-mails & meetings within agreed time frame & Reconcile receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for & properly posted
- Making decision with some customers (bad payers) like applying late payment fees or escalating the issue to credit manager for stopping credit.
- Drawing every 15 days expectation for our department to help in cash flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or relevant major from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in tourism sector.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
