Description
- Plan, organize, and coordinate strategic assessment programs, projects, and activities across the bank.
- Develop and establish operating goals, policies, and procedures for the assessment office, as appropriate; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Promote internal and external communication of assessment results.
- Interpret assessment findings and prepare an annual assessment report to summarize such findings, with particular emphasis on the quality of the assessment efforts and findings that influence institutional decision-making and policy development.
- Provide strategic advice and consultation to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of modifications and enhancements to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
- Take the lead in the overall project management and program delivery of all the executive education programs from the design, communication plans, induction to completion.
- Day to day supervision of the Program Administrator/s and Assistant working in the executive education team.
- Ensure the tasks, quality and deadlines are met for each program.
- Support and work closely with the Executive Education Manager in contract negotiations with our partners and on development on new program.
- Ensure evaluation process is followed for each of the program delivered.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related major from reputable university.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in assessment centers (SHL, Korn Ferry..etc).
- Excellent Communication and Presentations skills.
- Proven management experience.
- Excellent command of English.
