Plan, organize, and coordinate strategic assessment programs, projects, and activities across the bank.
Develop and establish operating goals, policies, and procedures for the assessment office, as appropriate; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Promote internal and external communication of assessment results.
Interpret assessment findings and prepare an annual assessment report to summarize such findings, with particular emphasis on the quality of the assessment efforts and findings that influence institutional decision-making and policy development.
Provide strategic advice and consultation to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of modifications and enhancements to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
Take the lead in the overall project management and program delivery of all the executive education programs from the design, communication plans, induction to completion.
Day to day supervision of the Program Administrator/s and Assistant working in the executive education team.
Ensure the tasks, quality and deadlines are met for each program.
Support and work closely with the Executive Education Manager in contract negotiations with our partners and on development on new program.
Ensure evaluation process is followed for each of the program delivered.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related major from reputable university.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in assessment centers (SHL, Korn Ferry..etc).
Excellent Communication and Presentations skills.
Proven management experience.
Excellent command of English.
