Manage the catalog and contribute to its rationalization.
Analyze marketing and sales data to effectively estimate the demand.
Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecast projected by sales and marketing team.
Develop effective forecast models based on market trends and clients demand patterns
Support the business with analysis and risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Propose and implement solution to improve demand forecast accuracy and deploy various models to fit the business requirement.
Monitor and report on important changes or deviation in sales forecast, budgets and business or market strategies.
Conduct monthly forecast maintenance (DRM), aligned with the plans of marketing and sales partners and present the core KPI’s along with key findings and improvement plans
Optimize inventory through ensuring adequate supply maximizing service level as well as identify risk from excess inventory.
Monitor and implement proper Phase in phase out (PIPO) plan to avoid any remnant stocks
Monitor the stock in trade and sellout of Key accounts and maintain SISO (sell in sellout) and highlight the risk on forecast.
Undertake any other business requirements or assignment as required from time to time by the business needs and dynamic context of the market.
