  Description

  • In charge of annual HR Budget Planning for the whole company and ensure accurate and timely data submission
  • Review monthly HR Capex and Opex expenditures vs approved budget and prepare needed Monthly/annual reports & analysis
  • Overhead controlling for people and non-people cost
  • Provide required budgeting analysis & reporting working closely with Finance controllers
  • 1st line review of Monthly Payroll and act as a 2nd backup for payroll
  • Monthly analysis for all payroll components including both fixed & variable pay highlighting variances, reasons behind & status vs. budget
  • Remain up to date on local payroll laws and legislation in order to maintain compliance with country regulations
  • Participate in market & salary survey to ensure that compensation & benefits are benchmarked against best practices & trends.
  • Assist with the performance management including the annual merit increase, bonus & incentive plan process & review- Compiles, prepares, and maintains statistical reports as requested
  • Deep dive in all compensation elements & provide recommendations & optimization plans whenever needed
  • Responsible for the full employee life cycle management " Offer proposals, Promotions, salary adjustments, Etc.." full Hire to Retire process
  • Enhance & review different company incentives schemes e.g : Sales Incentive & Production Incentive and Conduct necessary awareness to all employees on any compensation related topic- Ensure a proper Job evaluation for existing & new positions within the organization
  • Responsible for company policies & procedures development, review, changes & adaptation upon need
  • Responsible for Internal / external audits within the compensation & benefits area
  • Responsible for the SAP data inputs & validation to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Compile and submit all Audit requirements maintain accurate data on SAP in light of any changes, and ensure satisfactory Data quality audit
  • Ensure data integrity between SAP & Payroll system
  • Administer, research & recommend employees' benefits
  • Administer existing & new benefits i.e Medical & life insurance- Introduce new benefits to better accommodate market trends.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce or relevant major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding about the compensation methodology.
  • Knows the Market movements.
  • Previous experience in using HAY system.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
