•  Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's products.
•  Answer questions about products or the company.
•  Contribute to generating sales for our company, close sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
•  Maintain strong knowledge of all current and upcoming company's products and make sure to update customers on new products.
•  Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals.
•  Measure identified KPIs and strive towards meeting sales quota.
•  Maintain and update database with customer information.
•  Create and present detailed sales reports.
•  Perform all other duties assigned by manager.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales or customer service fields.
• Excellent command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
