Description
Production: Processing all tasks related to the business and ensuring optimum results through:
- Compensation administration for non-managers and benefits administration for all staff.
- Developing/updating the company’s database, procedure manual and various HR forms
- Handling staff flow processes (recruitment, transfers or resignations)
- Performing miscellaneous clerical functions (letters preparation, maintaining employee files and the HR filing system).
- Drafting/updating and maintaining job descriptions for the company’s departments.
- Enhancing and maintaining the recruitment cycle.
- Ensuring the existence of CVs solid and accountable database.
- Conducting HR interviews , drafting related assessment forms and shortlist the successful candidates for Technical and Managerial interviews.
- Advertising job openings internally and externally, and manages the logistics of the recruiting process
- Development and implementation of an employee handbook and new personnel policies and procedures with respect to the Egyptian laws.
- Administrating the HR tool/system.
- Administrating the employee’s performance appraisal tool/process.
- Complying with labor , social insurance and tax laws relating to employees and the Company as a whole.
- Developing and maintaining the new hires orientation program.
- Handling the staff training needs assessment and implementation with respect to the training budget.
- Participating in HR projects as assigned.
- Developing recurring HR reports , as assigned
- Attending and participates in meetings as required.
- Organizing outings and various events as needed.
- Handling internal and external communication.
Audit: Ensuring the quality and safety of all HR processes through:
- Assuring that all the HR tasks are complying with the set quality indicators and priorities
- Emphasizing that the procedures, rules and regulations must be known and applied by the staff
- Maintaining the set controls and performance indicators.
- Reporting the Operational losses on Monthly basis to the Compliance department.
- Reporting the Permanent Supervision to the Compliance department , based on the related frequency
- Organization Development: Anticipating any future problems or need for change in the organization:
- Reviewing HR procedures and processes and make improvement proposal for the sake of organization and in order to save materials and resources.
- Proposing new methods to enhance the Company’s staff performance and skills and supporting the HR Manager in formalizing the department’s training plan to improve the staff skills
- Anticipating any crisis and supporting the HR Manager to set an action plan with corrective actions to remedy it
Team Management: Enforcing the HR Manager instructions and decisions with the Team support:
- Setting the example for the team
- Leading the staff to follow that direction to reach assigned targets in coordination with the HR Manager
- Ensuring that the staff can cope with the work load and stress by offering them support , motivation and appreciation
- Organizing regular workshops with the team to develop communication inside the department
- Keeping a good communication level with other departments and coordinate any necessary action with the Managers, networks and clients
- Reinforcing team spirit between the staff to ease up any conflict situation that might appear
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or relevant major from a reputable university.
- HR post graduate certificate is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
