• Support the SMS BLO in preparing all business reports , graphs and presentations
• Data collection analysis & interpretation to draw up proposals for action.
• Monitor & audit the SMS BL resources.
• Coordinate relations with supportive departments, negotiate in accordance with opinions and advice given by other business lines within the medical department.
• Follow-up & analyze the customer feedback team feedback reports
• Handling complaints & queries professionally.
• Organization of medical activities (Meetings... Events... Conferences... etc).
• Be aware of and link medical events (such as projects, grants, etc.) that will serve the Company's goals.
• Work with different sections at the field level to ensure implementation of medical policies.
• Schedules, coordinates, prepares agenda, takes minutes, provides, summarize & prepare follow up for different committees.
• Assists in coordination, tracking & monitoring of the quality, finance, IT recommendations ensuring compliance with regulatory the Company's standards & policies.
• Attend SMS business line different meetings as well as other coordination meetings which are relevant to SMS specialties.
• Organize regular team meetings for all the doctors of different specialties within the SMS business line.
• Lead the production of reports & ensure the timeliness & accuracy of information provided, as well ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive image & overall credibility of the Company's notably through the application of the Code of Conduct, ethics & values.
• Maintain open lines of communications with all staff.
• Responsible for the SMS clinic scheduling for the different clinicians at different locations
• Ensure that all clinic slots are covered as efficiently as possible.
• Manage SMS clinic schedule to identify problems and use own initiative, knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to schedule issues.
• Build relationships with newly hired doctors, prior to their start date, and liaise with other departments to ensure proper onboarding process, related to training requirements, technical support and etc.
• Coordinates receipt of credentialing & privileging of applying & on the ground candidate’s doctors during the recruitment process.
• Ensure the continuous knowledge transfer to doctors regarding new announcements, policies & processes.
• Work closely with the SMS medical clinicians to determine any required additional training
• Act as point of contact for all SMS clinicians, maintaining regular clear communication and dealing with their inquires face to face, via telephone and email
