  Description

  • Dealing with all governmental entities related to healthcare regulatory.
  • Implementing all administrative requests by all government agencies.
  • Mitigate any regulatory risks & boost licensure process to all facilities.
  • Legal contract review.
  • Set a plan with a timeline for licensure process for the new locations.
  • Set a plan for renewing the current licenses of the clinics based on its expiry dates.
  • Providing support to all facilities & operating branches vis a vis governmental entities (i.e Environmental Affairs Agency, Ministry of Health, Doctors’ Syndicate, Ministry of Culture, Civil Defense).
  • Dealing with the Ministry of Health to obtain and renew the previously issued licenses and approvals on an ongoing basis.
  • Dealing with the Health Affairs Directorate to issue, submit, review, obtain, and renew the contract (follow up on lifting the medical wastes, the proper recording and update of the environmental and the medical wastes register).
  • Dealing with the Ministry of Culture to licensing audio and visual works for the Center and renewing it annually.
  • Dealing with the local municipalities regarding the operation license of the place and issuing, submitting, reviewing, obtaining, and renewing all needed permits/documents.
  • Provide support to the respective company team regarding the inspections that takes place regularly form the Ministry of Health, the Health Affairs Directorate, Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Environment, the Department of Civil Defense and the local Municipalities. All these entities may issue closure decisions in case of violations, which we will handle and rectify the situation immediately.
  • Issue, submit, review, obtain, and renew the Civil Defense permits/ licenses on ongoing basis and address and rectify all possible violations before the competent authorities.
  • Supervise on holding ledgers/registers for each branch including all data, requirements and documentations that need to be prepared for any inspection.
  • Advising all team members/ stakeholders to how to deal and to rectify any breaches and/or violations to the applicable laws and/or regulations.
  • Meeting with governmental agencies/officials to support the respective branch in case of any violation and minimize/eliminate any risk thereof.
  • Meeting with the respective team members to help provide them with the required documentation/actions’ list to rectify the violation/breach, if any.
  • Emergencies’ immediate legal support.
  • Documentation control (i.e recording, documenting, filing rectifying errors in the legal documentation with monthly review) and lead all new and upcoming permits across all new and existing branches.
  • Restructure of specializations and physicians’ removal and/or addition.
  • Manage all the processes & required procedures and documentations to transfer operational licenses/ all permits from old to new party or from/to third party.
  • Set OLAs with the internal staff in order to avoid any delay regarding collecting the documents for getting the required licenses for the new location.
  • Establishing the necessary lobbying program.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure synergy between all departments.
  • Keep appropriate coordination between the government relations department and authorities.
  • Work with the governmental relation department team to execute the administrative tasks without delays.
  • Implementing all requests for the company management from the authorities.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or any related medical major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience in local administrative and Healthcare licenses & procedures of healthcare government agencies, authorities, municipalities, notary publics, etc.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Good English, written and oral communication skills with the ability to write and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven successful political/public affairs experience and relationships.
  • Flexible to ~70% movement between branches/ locations/ cities.
