Validate technical feasibility of requirements
Document technical implementation documents
API design and validation
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and creating end-goals for the team.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Provide technical analysis once requirements are finalized to be set into the development sprint and post deployment.
Root cause analysis for production defects in process and/or product.
Accountable for code reviews on design quality and on estimation analysis.

Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or a related major from a reputable university.
2-4 years of relevant experience in technical lead practicing.
PHP experience in IOS, Android and Linux is a must.
Micro Services architecture, API, HL7 is a plus.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent Command of English is a must.
