Server Management:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

• Perform routine system updates, patches, and security enhancements.

• Monitor server performance and optimize resource utilization.

Virtualization (VMware):

• Administer VMware virtualization environments.

• Manage virtual machines, clusters, and resource pools.

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard critical data.

• Develop and test disaster recovery plans and procedures.

• Perform regular data backup and recovery testing.

Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS):

• Provision, configure, and manage cloud resources on Azure and AWS.

• Monitor cloud services for availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

• Implement security best practices in the cloud environment.

Security and Compliance:

• Enforce security policies and access controls.

• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 Troubleshooting and Support:

• Respond to system and network incidents and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with their IT needs.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes.

• Generate performance and status reports for management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,  or related major from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a same role.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Windows, Linux, VMware, backup solutions, and Azure/AWS cloud services.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
•  Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Fluency in English is a must.
