IT Operations Officer (259628)

Oversee data backup and system operations
Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
Assess system performance and recommend improvements
Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and bank guidelines
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk
Develop IT policies and practices
Cooperation on defining and refining enterprise architecture of Bank information systems and BANK software development projects
Support the integration of newly developed or customized applications into the BANK production infrastructure
Confirm compatibility and compliance of systems with corporate business requirements and needs
Management of inventory of ICT equipment, timely replacement and maintenance
Management of data, servers, device configuration backup and restore
Maintaining operational documentation
Monitoring of system health as well as incident and problem management
Preparation of purchase orders and verification of invoices

Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, information systems or related major from a reputable university.
2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in banking sector.
Fluency in English is a must.
Knowledge of data protection operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server platform
Knowledge of Microsoft virtualization platform
Knowledge of DELL EMC storage systems
Knowledge of File&Print services
Knowledge of SQL server services
Knowledge of Veritas & Net backup
