IT Architect and Engineering Design Deputy Manager (259092)

Identifying how to follow the bank needs depending on capacity/sizing studies in accordance with the senior management bank strategy needs to be submitted to IT steering committee to get their approval.
Manage servers and desktops team, storage team, operating systems and software team and test and POC team to make sure that capacity/sizing planning and development process is stable and succeeded.
Hold Meetings with servers and software vendors to become aware of the new technology and make a prove of concept for them to develop the bank services for their customers.
Manage running and new projects under supervised of each team managers by reviewing the projects keep tracking reports or hold meetings with them to verify the regularity of the implementation of the projects and overcoming obstacles if any.
Discussion timetable plans established for the training courses by managers to their subordinates in order to work on developing the expertise of staff, and raising the second row of leaders.
Preparation of plans and programs in conjunction with director to measure the efficiency of servers/systems and analyze the results to make recommendations to improve them.
Be a member of committee to prepare the annual budgets for purchasing the needs of business management from servers and desktops elements, data storage and operating systems to assure high level of services.

Bachelor Degree of Communication or Information System Engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum 7 years experience in the field of design network/systems as well as the enjoyment of administration expertise.
Postgraduate diploma / Master computer science (optional)
An advanced course in networks, VMware, open system servers, data storage and operating systems such as DELL, CISCO servers , Unix Windows OS, EMC Oracle storage devices.
Fluency in English is a must.
