Description
- Test software for security and stability problems before installing it on a production system, and to know enough about the software to be able to provide at least basic help to users who have problems.
- Responsible for creating accounts for new employees or Users, and for removing accounts that belong to people who have left the organization or are no longer needed.
- Install the new hardware or set the new systems up for their intended use.
- Meddling with things to make them work better (or work in the first place). Make sure documenting everything he does in case he has to do it again in the future, or another administrator have to perform the same task.
- Performing backup and restore periodic data and system backup and restore operations with standard logs and documentations OS backup
- Responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized use of the system occurs. Usually this just involves staying abreast of security developments and carefully checking log files.
- Keeps his fingers on the pulse of the system by watching disk, CPU, memory, and network usage. Noticing a problem in the early stages makes it easier to fix quickly.
- In case of software and hardware on a system break, the System Administrator needs to be able to quickly find the source of the problem and fix it. directly or by vendor support
- Responsible for studying new needs and requirements and then perform capacity planning for future needs
- Participate in developing the BCP and DRP and performs required tests to achieve it
- Manages the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving so that a team meets the required level of service
- The team leader handles scheduling and operations.
- Monitoring the team's performance.
- Verifies performance through whatever tracking system is used.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or any relevant major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills
