Description
- Identify targets per segment to implement the sales plan.
- Prepare prospecting list in coordination with the Sales Manager candidate prospect lists.
- Analyze customers sales data, qualifies prospects and determines specific actions
- Use visit reports to get customer or prospect history and prepares visit objectives
- Plan visits according sales targets.
- Lead the prospecting through prepared visits to competitor customers and potential customers.
- Develop the information network and collects news on a regular basis.
- Optimize the time spent at customer site to obtain contract signature.
- Sell and negotiate the company products and services through standardized offers to relevant customer decision makers
- Obtain customer commitment by the contract signature.
- Ensure conformity to the sales policy.
- Coordinate with Sales Assistant the report of the contract signature to the organization and the registration through appropriate procedure
- Identify competitors threats through information collection through distributor network and reports in centralized info system
- Analyze lost contracts and consults Sales Manager for knowledge of competitors strategy
- Assess through, contact with regional actors, the potential of new industrial site development, the economical and industrial trends of the geographical sector.
- Define strategy and improvements for the selected customers and implement it
- Choose the most efficient way to communicate with the customers (Phone calls, through the distributor network, letters...)
- Plan and perform visits or calls to identify customer and reports results to Manager.
- Assess the customer profitability per products by using analysis tools (relevant customer scoring )
- Select the targets according the sales plan and his/her knowledge on competitors threat
- Choose the most efficient way to apply price increase or higher added value products to the customer
- Plan visits according to identified targets and priority reports results to Manager
- Implement new contract conditions in relevant system according procedures
- Support the cash-collection by contacting customer and collecting payments on Credit and Collection Department request
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Electrical Power Engineering from a reputable university.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing related industry.
- Previous experience in Commercial Activities, Market, Analysis &Surveys.
- Excellent command of English.
