Description
- Full management of all Energy and natural sources i.e. Electricity, Natural Gas, Water and build annual plans.
- Establish CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Energy and electrical plans and manage the frameworks related to it with external parties
- Manage consultants work and requirements related to Energy, automation and electrical.
- Conduct regular maintenance plans for Energy, automation and electrical.
- Undertake energy audits.
- Lead and Manage IACS/Robustification process, Energy management system and related certifications and audits for the facilities related areas and ensure compliance with the latest company's energy standards.
- Ensure proper installation, and operation of all equipment and components such as Distribution panels, field panels, PLC control Panels, HMI, Programming logic, control loops, floor level network, and related infrastructure.
- Direct Oversight and management of all automation process engineering and ensure compliance with the latest company automation standards.
- Provide production team with the right utilities requirements to ensure steady production.
- Provide and implement sustainability solutions to meet annual savings targets and commitments.
- Lead and ensure implementation of multiple projects within timely, budget, quality and safety standards
- Deliver Target annual savings in the energy consumption.
- Contribute to achieve the factory KPIs, support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems and ensure comply with code of conduct, legal & other requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related major from a reputable university.
- Project management (PMP is a Plus).
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector.
- Excellent command of both Arabic & English Languages (spoken and written).
- Very good communication skills.
