  Description

  • Setting the overall media & digital marketing strategies for all marketing campaigns and brand plans.
  • Define the function objectives and lead the media and digital marketing yearly plan according to the marketing calendar and business needs.
  • Manage the whole media process for all the marketing campaigns planning, buying, performance & optimization.
  • Setting the content strategy & always on social media (including the creation of all digital assets)
  • Managing and optimizing the media budgets and their allocation to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency
  • Managing partner agencies (social media agency & media agency).
  • Pitch and evaluate new agencies according to the business needs.
  • Setting KPIs and objectives for strategies, campaigns, spends and agencies to monitor and optimize the overall function performance.
  • Setting the lead management strategy and the development of its funnel and cycle end to end both offline and digital partnering with all the internal stakeholders (data insights, digital & sales teams)
  • Act as a key stakeholder with the partnerships team to successfully manage and launch new partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Working with website and app teams to deliver the best user experience and most efficient campaign results, including the implementation of the needed tracking tags
  • Creating campaign, spending, delivery and acquisition tracking reports and funnels.
  • Managing and working on analyzing data reports to drive insights as well as defining and developing targets and customer personas.
  • Managing and developing the team and setting their KPIs and progression plans

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mass Comm or Business Administration from a reputable university.
  • 7 – 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Track record in the digital marketing field, agency or client side, a mixed experience in both is a plus
  • Track record in managing medium to large media budgets and achieve the set KPIs.
  • Hands on digital platforms and campaign management and performance tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative ability to generate new and engaging campaign ideas and ways of work.
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills.
