Lead the hiring strategy to ensure our teams consist of a diverse & set of qualified individuals.
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy.
Create & implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate with Retail & Services Leaders to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & in-person interviews.
organize ,attend job fairs & recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of English is a must and french is a big plus.
