Description
- Responsible for process safety, occupational safety and for security on the site. He /she is responsible for site day to day work including routine maintenance activities driven by Maximo. Interface with local authorities as needed. Provide local representation of AL with customers in the basin. Ensure a close relationship with customers.
- Manage site team and liaise with the ROCC, the LEAD Center, and the CoE to achieve reliable supply of products in the safest, most reliable and efficient manner. Coordinate with Regional Maintenance Team while handing over / taking over equipment to ensure the safety and reliability in work turnover.
- To follow up the maint. activities, ensuring the, maint. related, company goals, which for sure directly linked to productivity, efficiency and reliability, are met while keeping constraints (SHE, quality and IMS) respected and fulfilled.
- Troubleshooting and repairs or modifications with respect to manufacturer specifications and documentation to keep production units and all associated equipment running at max. productivity and min. down time resulting in cost effective and safe operations.
- Understands how to read and translate the information found within all: PLC code, Schematic wiring, Ladder and P&ID process diagrams.
- Strong skills with PLC, HMI, VFD’s, Servo, Sensors, Instrumentation and industrial control systems, including advanced programming techniques and configuration.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Auto Control Engineering from a reputable university.
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience
- Maintenance background, including PLC’s, HMI’s, Servos, VFD’s, electrical, hydraulics, controls, instrumentation and pneumatics and Air Separation Units operation.
- Industrial Management System background is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
