  Description

  • Work in liaison with other LOB’s specialists to analyze solutions proposed by partners to ensure strategic alignment between FlBD division and the partner , technical solution provision, soundness of partner business case and realistic target setting.
  • Work with other LOB’s to develop and deliver the digital financial products and services, this will be in coordination with other pillar leads to ensure an integrated Financial Inclusion and Business Development strategy implementation.
  • Provide recommendations for strategic direction and action planning with regards to financial products and digital solutions in order to achieve FIBD strategies and goals.
  • Provide accurate data and analysis, assist in developing strategies to resolve gaps and capitalize opportunities.
  • Define, develop and execute the annual strategic product, marketing and campaign with budget plan through gathering and analyzing market research data.
  • Develop, implement and manage an effective marketing strategy and initiatives in coordination with FIBD, internal departments and external stakeholders to increase financial inclusion and market penetration for different customer segments.
  • Develop new products and services intended to assist BM in building relationships with under-banked markets, oversee the growth of organization market shares in such markets.
  • Lead and launch mass, youth, women and entrepreneur’s segments campaigns, handling all parties involved to deliver a 360 degree go to market (GTM) strategy.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insight
  • Monitor market trends and information collected by the Bank to identify potential areas for the development of new financial products, and the restructuring of existing products.
  • Define product promotion and positioning for defined segments.
  • Propose solutions and take new and modified lines products from concept to implementation across all lines of business for the target objectives with relevant internal departments.
  • Provide regular feedback on product requirements for local markets, including product specifications functionality, pricing and feedback translation needs.
  • Prepare and execute local product launches and report on expectations of market size, market uptake, market share and expected budgeted sales with relevant departments.
  • Propose practical solutions based on research and background knowledge of the latest developments in the fields of finance and community development..
  • Apply broad base of knowledge pertaining to project management, community development and under-banked markets to think critically and recommend potential routes of action.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze customer applications and make concrete recommendations regarding underwriting guidelines and product design at the Bank with different lines of business.
  • Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual plan goals..
  • Monitor development process and ensure compliance to schedule and timeframe.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the financial inclusion.
  • Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives in coordination with internal departments.
  • Create innovative marketing solutions to attract targeted customers.
  • Handle all digital marketing and social media.
  • Attend conferences and trade exhibitions to gain insight in to market dynamics, research and education trends and competitive activity.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related major from a reputable university.
  • A Master degree and/or Professional Certificates in Finance and Community Development is a must.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the financial services and product development specially on the digital front within the same industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or any data analysis software.
  • Excellent knowledge of infographics and up to date learning tools.
  • Experienced in quantitative analysis.
  • Fluent English is a must.
