  Description

  • Plan and execute trade marketing promotions/programs for the entire brand portfolio across channels and regions
  • Plan and execute loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals.
  • Support sales team by developing solutions aiming to enhance performance, capture opportunities and design the needed tools to enhance the business's partnership with the accounts, resulting in strengthening the organization's position in the market. 
  • Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
  • Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store.
  • Act as the key liaison between product development and buyers.
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting sales performance / channel / account.
  • Responsible for designing relevant loyalty, incentive programs based on market opportunities.
  • Responsible for reporting loyalty, incentive programs achievements & feedback.
  • Responsible for aligning with the consumer marketing team on needed support / brand based on performance.
  • Responsible for creating visibility; POSM Toolboxes relevant to accounts nature & needs.
  • Responsible for reporting competition highlights

  Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or any related major from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCGs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Command of English.
