Description
- Set strategic plans and radiology goals.
- Approve the appointments of new employees.
- Approval of the job description, with identification of a list of representatives and main individuals.
- Follow-up rates of increase and development in the volume of work.
- Follow-up staff performance in the radiology through reports on that.
- Manage and supervise all administrative aspects of the radiology.
- Follow up with the business development performance from the sales and marketing perspectives.
- Participate in conducting performance and competency assessments periodically for the employees in the radiology.
- Participate in identifying the training needs of employees in the radiology and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on work.
- Study complaints and suggestions submitted by the internal and external customers of the radiology and develop appropriate solutions in cooperation with the Quality Manager.
- Supervise the employees ’compliance with the general policies related to uniforms, professional behavior, punctuality, and other directions.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her within the limits, functions and responsibilities of the position from the direct manager of the department.
- Follow up the regulations, procedures and quality control programs.
- Review reports of the Quality Management System.
- Review service prices and the cost of exams periodically to adjust workflow on devices and choose the best alternatives for doing exams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security rules
- Participate in medical equipment planning
- Follow up the licensing process of the new equipment/branches
- Follow up the recruitment process of the radiology staff (Technicians/radiologists)
- Represent the radiology department of the organization from the official perspectives needed for licensing and renewal.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine from a reputable university.
- Master's in Radiology from Kasr El Aieny or Ain Shams University
- Minimum 5 years of experience in same field and specialty.
- Full knowledge of computer and Office programs.
- Excellent command of English.
