Description
- Design, implement and support networks and datacenters infrastructure.
- Collaborate on design, delivering, led implementing, testing and commissioning for data center and IPTV control.
- Responsible for monitoring performance and analyzing, fixing network irregularities across multiple branches.
- Lead team to standardized network infrastructure to influence efficient troubleshooting procedures.
- Enhance firewall policies for higher security level and reliability.
- Implement, test and support network hardware and software systems.
- Maintain SLA parameters, collaborating with support team, monitoring and troubleshooting problems.
- Monitor VoIP services performance and statistics, troubleshooting problems and interact with carriers to resolve issues.
- Supervise staff about handling common daily issues by providing training and reading materials.
- Handle technical inquiries, challenges of organization's services, give proper solutions and escalate the unsolved aiming for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- BSc, from an accredited university in Electronics Engineering or related.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Communication and analytical Thinking skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- CCNA and ITIL certifications are a plus.
