Contribute to systems requirements, design, prototype, implement and rollout of Cloud HCM solutions.
Ongoing ownership, management and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud module
Understand & maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud HCM module and business system processes.
Manage the Oracle Fusion module implementation.
Engage in project communications with business stakeholders using a consultative approach.
Perform analysis and oversee functional configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules.
Responsible for managing the Oracle Fusion HCM module implementation and ongoing management, maintenance and improvement of the system guided by business requirements.

Bachelor Degree in IT or computer science or any related major from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion with implementation experience of at least two full cycles of Oracle Cloud Implementation
Solid understanding of Design and configuration aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Deep Understanding of all HR based business processes, including Core HR, Work force and Talent Management.
Oracle Cloud HCM Certified implementation professional
Experience of Oracle Project & Portfolio Management ‘PPM’ Cloud is preferred
