Description
- Composing how to articles on the help center of the company, explaining the usages of the product.
- Providing end to end processes and guidelines for a deeper understanding of the product.
- Keeping an eye on the new technical updates to provide well – designed content for store owners in the help center.
- Optimizing blog posts to be comparable to the Google crawling.
- Translating from English to Arabic and vice versa in a proper way that’s compatible to the SEO guidelines.
- Creating articles, advertisements, web copy, video scripts, social media, and other informative and promotional materials determined to further program objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, technically accurate content that resonates with our customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of art or any relevant major from a reputable university.
- minimum 2 years' experience in writing and translation.
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic Language.
- Strategic and Creative mindset.
