Description
- Establish and maintain a positive and safe work environment, solve any arising dispute covering all facility hours, and work on delivering a class-leading quality-oriented customer service to patients.
- Responsible for conducting rounds on daily basis/ regular basis and ensuring action plans to remedy deficiencies are in place and implemented.
- Ensure that all clinical staff is accurately notating patients’ electronic health records.
- Assist CCCs in obtaining more education, additional certifications and helps them find ways to enhance their skills and improve their chances of career advancement.
- Help improve communication among employees in a clinical environment.
- Increase worker retention rates.

- Develop the report, monitor, and track the critical metrics and KPIs by using management dashboard reports.
- Manage clinical services in such a way that promotes referred business and ensures sustainable growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- 5 - 7 years' relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of insurance verification process.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Systems.
- Knowledge of ICD codes, ICD10, CPT codes.
- Knowledge of the policies and procedures of a clinic sufficient to provide effective patient care.
- Fluency in English is a must.
