Social Media Seller (169641)

Clear and effective oral and written communication, with the ability to transition easily from communicating in both Arabic and English fluently where required.
Demonstrated experience in adhering to policies, processes, and procedures and proactively flagging any impediments to you providing effective and timely support to our customers.
Provides prompt and efficient service to the company's Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues where required.
Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
Demonstrates an appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.

Bachelor Degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce related major.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer service and E-Commerce background is a plus.
English Fluency.
