Description
- Interface directly with the clinical team to collect clinical and workflow requirements
- Planning, organizing and prioritizing workloads and leading a small group or department/section level projects to enhance clinical outcomes
- Creating, maintaining and updating documentation for projects/solutions assigned
- Participating in the facility committees to determine training needs and clinical related areas of improvement
- Coordinating the development and maintenance of training manuals, user guides and providing general clinical systems related training for IT service desk staff to ensure simple and quick problem diagnosis and resolution
- Training end users on clinical system as requested
- Rationalize and organize clinical priorities for implementations in the EMR
- Suggest and optimize clinical workflows
- Prioritize clinical data collection to optimize clinical outcomes
- Developing custom reports, dashboards as requested by departments, sections and business owners
- Providing end-user application support, application installation and configuration for end-users
- Conducting trial runs of programs and software applications
- Responding to verbal and written inquires in a timely manner
- Providing technical expertise in ERP/EMR system analysis and support and delivering solutions to simple issues facing users
- Participating in all team efforts as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Network, Communications or any related major
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in clinical systems analyst role, preferably in healthcare industry.
- Diploma in Clinical, IT, Computer Network or Communications or any relevant fields is a plus.
- Strong skills of communicating with clinical end users.
- A strong sense of teamwork is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
