Description
- Handle customer inquiries both telephone and by email.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary.
- Provide customers with product information.
- Submitting a detailed daily report about the numbers of calls.
- Gathering all the phone calls in a report to clarify the number of incoming calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Very Good English
- Proficient in Computer and Microsoft office applications.
