Projects Manager (160758)

Agree on project objectives with clients and project team.
Provide advice on the management of projects.
Update project progress with management on daily basis.
Manage & organize the various professional people working on a project.
Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
Oversee the accounting, costing and billing.
Collect the technical elements of proposals.
Represent the company in technical presentations, client meetings and workshops.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client-side.
Identify and qualify new opportunities in co-ordination with top management.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience of relevant experience.
Excellent Command of English.
