Design, plan and implement human resources programs for the plant.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and head office in Cairo.
Manage the recruitment and selection process within the plant.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
promote employee welfare programs and Develop, schedule, and conduct technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employees performance.

Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or any related major from a reputable university.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and Manufacturing background is a must.
Previous experience in handling Blue collars.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
