Description
- Handle phone calls and/or email inquiries.
- Maintain and update sales and client records.
- Generate regular periodical reports from CRM for commercial team performance and results and accurately maintain a database of client information.
- Support the sales department with other operational tasks
- Prepare sales presentations and provide analysis for the top management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 0-1 year relevant experience .
- Details oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- MS Office proficient.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
