Description
- Moderation of several social media pages.
- Monitor junior moderators & making sure the process is followed accurately.
- Tracking social media sales numbers and improving them.
- Follow up on cases with social media team & other departments.
- Review performance of moderators with team lead and assist in implementing action plans for performance optimization.
- Works on presenting different reports (competitive analysis – weekly/monthly performance)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English.
