Description
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
- Produce various financial statements and accounting reports your job duties include reviewing accounting records, analyzing the data for specific reports, and creating required reports for upper management.
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Review invoices and ensure proper posting to relevant accounts and proper wording.
- Review recording of Inventory to ensure proper documentation, posting to relevant class, VAT and suppliers account and classification to proper class.
- Review bank reconciliations along with adjusting entries.
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports as well as tax reporting.
- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
- Support in the audit reviews as well as examining financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting, business administration or any related major
- 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in service provider organizations.
- Financial Reporting experience is a must.
- CMA certificate is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting ERP software as Dynamics or SAP.
- Excellent command of English.
