Description
- Help software development teams to apply the Scrum framework.
- Manage projects scope and timelines.
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members on Agile frameworks
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from product manager & stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Plan deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related major from a reputable university.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- strong background in agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge in azure project management tool & trello.
