Indirect Business Development Senior Executive (154254)

Establish the partners channel
Identify the channels partners categories.
Develop the model to use, and how to create a win/win approach.
Recruit partners with agreements.
Develop the partners relationships.
Ensure relations with partners are active, and prospects are referred, and relevant deals are generated, and passed to the company's sales team.
Collect continuous feedback on company's positioning, services, and enhancements from partners.
Advise the company's management, marketing, and sales teams frequently on market changes, and partners feedback.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related majors from reputable university.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in contact center or software or other relevant industries.
Advanced Planning & decision-making skills.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent Communication skills.
