Description
- Handle and monitor fraud analyzer system
- Design and support sudden cases.
- Provide CMS technical analysis, design and development.
- Resolve the daily operations back office issues/problems
- Test integration files between different systems in CMS as well as testing of new products, services and features.
- Support and follow up on live cases with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related major from reputable university.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in banking / e-payments sectors.
- Background in international and local settlements, ATM and POS systems.
