Switch and CMS Operations Support Manager (151216)

Add, Modify, and configure devices (ATM and POS) on the IST Switch .
Configure New Bank interfaces on the IST Switch .
Generating different requirements, files and reports from the switch.
Run the Switch End of Day procedures.
Handle Switch operation and give hand to the monitoring procedures to apply strong control and eliminate errors.
Administrate monitoring system on the switch.
Design and generate required reports for generating statistics with the required information for each the institution.
Building TEST,MAIN, BACKUP ,DR sites for IST SWITCH
Supervising ATM switch, connected networks, connected banks , and different interfaces.
Generate Supervisor cards for ATMs.
Installing ATM from Scratch
Connecting the ATM to their Acquirer .
Monitoring the ATM status for 24 / 7
Cash Management Full replenishment process .
Design FULL ATM FLOW .
Design ATM screens .
Receive the POS application from it’s vendor and make the appropriate tests on it
Configure the POS parameters
Design POS Receipt

Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related major from reputable university.
7-10 years of relevant experience in banking / e-payments sectors.
Background in international and local settlements, ATM and POS systems.
