Description
- Resolve ATM disputes
- Resolve disputes concerned with Credit and Debit Cards
- Resolve POS and E-payments disputes
- Investigate and reverse Credit/Debit card charges disputed by account holder
- Process refunds to cardholders
- Track chargeback and refer fraudulent activity to the appropriate department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in commerce/business administration from a reputable university
- 7 years of relevant experience in banking or e-payment sectors
- English fluency is a must
