Part-time Accountant (149276)

Responsible for financials of the company and for creating efficient data tracking methods
Create and review inventory system
Process invoices for retailers, partners and clients
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions
Prepare weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements
Create budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs
Monthly report of expenses and revenues.
Create organized records and files to assist in tax preparation.
Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders
regarding financial information or issues
Determine actual costs of manufacturing
