- Assist potential customers as they inquire about the services over the phone.
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
- Suggest applicable and relevant services that appeal customers' interest
- Build general knowledge about how the services work in order to answer customers' questions.
- Know how to troubleshoot issues with current customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree form a Reputable University.
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.
