Description
- Manage and develop the implementation of the operational strategy
- Optimize all resources to meet business targets.
- Oversee the daily operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of plans for all plans and requirements pertaining to manpower and materials are fulfilled.
- Ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
- Manage The Branch in ways that boost revenues and develop the new business.
- Manage ongoing key customer relationships to support the successful completion of projects
- Ensure critical customer issues are handled carefully to avoid affecting long-term relationships.
Requirements
- A bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Master Degree is a plus
- 10- 15 years of experience of relevant experience
- Excellent Communication, Leadership skills and Negotiations skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proven experience in decision making and strategic planning.
