- Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes
- Conduct phone interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Participate and represent the company in the community and recruiting events
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- 2 - 6 years of relevant experience and experience in medical/healthcare sectors.
- Excellent command of English
