Capability building and knowledge transfer of education &Training methodologies and practices through training, coaching and assessment activities within own Unit.
Ensure execution of the End to End Training cycle: Budget proposal, Training Needs Analysis, Partnering with training providers, Training and learning Strategy, Training Catalog and Execution.
Implement, Develop education & training training, coaching and assessment strategy and framework as developed by the Master Pillar and according to the company's priorities
Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer education & training knowledge to people within own Unit or end to end
Perform regular education &training assessment to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching and knowledge sharing
Drive and manage competency gaps closed on a quarterly basis
Manage and monitor execution planned training
Establish Training and Learning strategy in alignment with Training Needs Analysis and close partnership with Talent Management

Bachelor degree in commerce/Administration/Human Resources or Psychology from reputable university
Minimum 3-5 of relevant experience preferably in FMCGs.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
Good project management and program management skills
