CEO Project Manager (148687)

Responsible for the execution of the company's strategic vision, from the design through active contribution to the implementation
Oversee organizational processes around how we plan and change our work, developing the processes and guidance around them
Oversee the organizational Planning and Budgeting Cycle, including designing, seeking sign-off, facilitating the organization through the process, and linking final plans to implementation of strategy
Ensure organization governance is fit-for-purpose to enable effective decision-making and implementation of strategy to Project Management Office
Ensure all initiatives are scheduled and resourced to deliver on time, within budget, within strategic objectives, and achieve planned financial or programmatic benefits
Develop and deliver project management training resources and schedule for delivery
Develop and manage system to capture lessons learnt from projects across the organization, and use the findings to improve project management approach

Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Minimum of 8 years management consulting, project management strategy planning or relevant experience
finance background is a plus
Excellent command of English and French is a plus
Excellent communication and coordination skills
