Description
- Conduct Corporate/ Individuals outbound- inbound phone calls (Follow-ups, payments, confirmation, feedback, referrals)
- Responsible for all correspondences to customers includes (calendars- programs outlines- registration form-offers)
- Responsible for social media and website activities correspondences and website update on quarterly basis
- Responsible for CRM data entry
- Perform Sales reports- invoices to financial team
- Handle classes requests and database and map them to operations to book trainers accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- CRM knowledge is a must
- Excellent command of English.
